COACH CALVIN
Howdy y’all, I’m Calvin and I will be your head coach for The Lab.
With over a decade of experience training and racing on the local and international circuit, I have had the privilege of learning and building experience alongside some of the sports big names.
Partnering this with my extreme love and passion for running and people, I plan on bringing the value that is so often neglected in the modern Cape Town running scene. And that is personalised attention combined with training protocols and workouts used by Olympic and world championship level runners.
